This is an excellent product which freezes very quickly and is suitable for both gravity and pump fed machines.
Please don’t assume that because this product is much cheaper than other products on the market that it is inferior quality.
It has been formulated to have great flavour and freeze quickly, slow to melt and dissolves instantly when mixed.

It comes in a carton which has 8 -1.5kg foil sachets, each sachet is added to 3-5ltrs of water which makes 5ltrs of liquid soft serve.
Working on an average serve of 95gms each sachet will produce approximately 50 serves, which is around 400 serves per carton.
